FANNIN COUNTY, Tex. -- It is budget time for counties all around Texoma, and Fannin County is no different.

County Judge Butch Henderson says he spent the last week meeting with county agencies, departments, and other elected officials to listen to budget requests. Henderson says the next phase of planning the budget is meeting with the appraisal district to determine the county's revenue for the coming year.

Henderson says the budget should be finished by September.
