ARDMORE, Okla. -- If you use stolen lottery tickets, the state of Oklahoma can track them-- and you.

Harry Smith, Jr. was arrested Thursday night in Ardmore. Police say on Tuesday he broke into the Rockford 'C' Store in Ardmore, actually crawled through the drive-thru window, and took cash and lottery tickets.

Investigators say Smith tried to use one of those stolen tickets Thursday night, but the system alerted the clerk, who called police.

Smith was arrested a short time later without incident.
