Oklahoma Manhunt Ends in Texas

3-30-06 - A four-day manhunt spanning two states came to an end Thursday morning. Arlington Police stopped Anthony Palmer around 3:30 a.m. for an expired tag.

Although Palmer lied about his identity, police were able to determine he was the one who escaped from Tushka Police Sunday after they pulled him over for speeding. Authorities found drugs in Palmer’s vehicle and he now faces charges on top of those he acquired in Oklahoma.

He is currently in the Arlington Jail on a $35,000 bond.
