Okay first of all no you got it all wrong. He was the security guard for B.C.C in Madil. He chased down a car that didnt any stolen property in it what so ever and then ran them off the road. A car tha his own cousin was a passenger seat of, Ran them off the road and killed him. Yeah he deserves more than just 2nd degree murder. They could have easily written down the tag number of the vechile, but didnt. Yes i know they were in the wrong for being on the property but no matter what they intensions were, to steal or not. As "security guards" they should not have taken it that far. the right thing to be done would to take down the tag number and let the police handle it. Instead they took the matter way to far! No matter how much time he gets, it will never bring chris back. however. i still think he should get the death penalty. R.I.P Christopher Lee Sellers We Miss You!

When you commit a felony and it results in the death of another, it is murder not manslaughter. Mr. St. Clair was suspected of burglaring the place when he gave chase, therefore he was committing a felony.
