GRAYSON COUNTY, TX – US Marshals and Grayson County authorities want help locating a fugitive who is on the run. His name is James "Willie" Willis Brown and he was found guilty of aggravated sexual assault of a child in 1999. Brown escaped right before the jury’s sentence came down.
