GRAYSON COUNTY, TX – US Marshals and Grayson County authorities want help locating a fugitive who is on the run. His name is James "Willie" Willis Brown and he was found guilty of aggravated sexual assault of a child in 1999. Brown escaped right before the jury’s sentence came down. He had been working as a nurses aide at the time of his conviction. Authorities believe Brown may have fled with a fellow nurses aide by the name of Betty, no word on her last name.

Brown faces life in prison for the assault and now several other charges for his escape. Authorities believe Brown has family in the Grayson County area.

To dazed and confused: Joe Brown and his staff have done more to take sex offenders off the streets than the last two DAs combined. So shut your pie hole! The Judges should have ordered these defendants into custody after a finding of guilt - this is not the DAs fault.

He was found guilty and they let him out before his sentencing. Said he wasn't a flight risk??? This guy needs to be caught and put in jail, so he can't and won't, molest any other children. I couldn't believe they let him go expecting him to return for his sentencing???? What were they thinking. That day was the last time anyone saw him. This is the first time they have had his picture posted anywhere. It is so small you can't see his ugly mug. BTW, he is also know to some as "WOLFMAN". The name fits!!!

YEA IF THIS WAS HANDLED IN G.C. COURT BY D.A. JOE BROWN THATS WHAT THEY DO THERE IS CONVICT THEM AND THEN LET THEM GO REMEMBER THE PESTON HIGHTOWER CASE ISNT HE STILL ON THE RUN SO WE HAVE TO PAY MORE TO CATCH HIM TOO! AND JOE BROWN WANTS A RAISE ROFLMAO. SOMEONE IN THE COURTROOM IS GETTING KICKBACKS ON CHILDMOLESTERS ,WHENS THE NEXT TRAIL FOR A PEDIFILE SO WE CAN ALL WAIT AT THE BACK DOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE AND HELP THE D.A.AND BARNY FIFE

OK...they never really said where he was last seen...they only said they believe he has family in Grayson County...really helpful...AND...I can't believe they have waited 9 years for him to be sentenced! RIDICULOUS!!!

what??? he was a suspect in an aggravated sexual assault of a child, but he escaped the night before his sentencing?? OMG!!!what in the hell is wrong in grayson county?

First He does have a great MULLET. They should look in all the triler parks he would blend in with that hair cut. Hey if you shhot him do you get to keep his hair like a deer skin or somthing LOL. I hope they get him and hang him.

The law should have never let him walk out of the court house when he was found guilty that day. He should have been taken into custody immediately. Is there a picture of this person so we know what he looks like?

What is wrong with GRAYSON COUNTY this guy did this back in 1999 over 9 years ago and he is just know going to trial how many other children has he molested in that time and why was he not taken into custody as soon as he was found guilty what is the deal this needs to be on 20/20 or dateline how bad does Grayson County judical system look.
