4-19-06 - Both behind the scenes and out in the public eye, the changes continue at the White House.
It won't be Scott McClellan speaking for the president anymore as he's announced his resignation. And it won't be Karl Rove coordinating policy. That job will now go to Joel Kaplan, as Rove focuses on politics.
Rove describes Kaplan as "a man of great talent, intellect and experience." And he says it will be hard to replace his chief contact with the news media, but he's accepted McClellan's decision.
