ARDMORE, Okla. -- A clerk at an Ardmore dollar store was in for a close call Monday night when a car almost came through the front window of the Family Dollar in the 300 block of Northwest Commerce Street.

Police say the brakes went out on a car as it pulled into the parking space right in front of the store. The car rolled into the front window, which was just a few feet away from the checkout.

Nobody was hurt in the incident.
