05-11-06 - A former judge could be on his way to jail soon. A jury convicted former Pushmataha County Judge Doyle Blythe of misdemeanor reckless conduct with a firearm.
They recommended he serve six years in jail as well as pay a $500 fine. Blythe’s attorney says he was acting in self-defense when he showed the gun to escape from a man who threatened him in the past.
