06-07-06 - A worker was assaulted at the Juvenile Alternatives Facility in Sherman Tuesday night.
Sherman Police say a 16-year old girl broke glass window that separated a main room from the office. She was throwing pools balls at the glass when it broke and the teen then cut a female employee with the glass before cutting herself.
The employee and the teen were taken to the hospital for stitches. Police say she the teen will be charged with aggravated assault.
