SHERMAN, TX - Three Sherman men have been arrested in connection with a Denison nightclub drive-by shooting that injured a 13-year-old girl last weekend.

Denison Police Lt. Mike Eppler says the alleged shooter, 22-year-old Cesar Sanchez, passenger 18-year-old Gusatvo Sanchez, and alleged driver 21-year-old Jose Luis Lopez have all been arrested on various charges. The incident happened early Sunday morning outside the El 69 Club on State Highway 91 in Denison. The teen girl was shot in the thigh and flown to a Dallas hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Eppler said the girl was waiting on a ride home outside the club when the shooting occurred.

Eppler says Denison and Sherman police executed a search warrant Friday at a home in the 2400 block of Texoma Parkway in Sherman and recovered the gun believed to have been used in the shooting. Eppler says the gun had been reported stolen out of the DFW Metroplex.

All three men remain in the Grayson County Jail, held on ICE detainers in addition to criminal charges.

We'll have more on this tonight on News 12.
