DURANT, Okla. (AP) - Authorities say three teenagers were injured after a 14-year-old driver crashed a car into a tree in Bryan County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the crash happened early Wednesday on a county road 2 miles east of Durant. The highway patrol says a 14-year-old girl had two 13-year-old passengers in the car when she hit a bump and drove off the road.
The 14-year-old driver suffered a head injury and is in stable condition at a hospital in Dallas. A 13-year-old girl is in critical condition at a Dallas hospital, while a 13-year-old boy is in fair condition at a Durant hospital.
According to the highway patrol, no adults were in the car at the time of the crash.
