ARDMORE, Okla. -- The United Way of Southern Oklahoma is well on its way to meeting their fundraising goal, and they want to thank everyone who has helped so far.

Officials say they have received more than $508,000 in just the past four weeks, 68% of their goal for this campaign.

Twenty-eight area non-profit agencies will receive the money raised.

There is still time to donate. The United Way's fundraising campaign runs through the end of November.

Their goal is to raise $750,000.
