Noble Foundation scientist honored

ARDMORE, OK -- The Oklahoma Academy of Science has named a senior vice president at the Noble Foundation as the state's top scientist for 2008. Dr. Richard Dixon received the state's top scientific honor for his work in researching plant metabolism.

ARDMORE, Okla. -- The Oklahoma Academy of Science has named a senior vice president at the Noble Foundation as the state's top scientist for 2008.

Dr. Richard Dixon received the state's top scientific honor for his work in researching plant metabolism.

Dixon has worked at the Noble Foundation in Ardmore for 20 years and leads its plant biology division.
