7-14-06 - A Sherman attorney convicted of his 3rd DWI will serve 15 days in jail as part of his 5 year probation sentence. A judge sentenced Gary Corley on Friday in a Grayson County courtroom, as members of M.A.D.D. looked on.
Corley will serve 15 days in jail beginning July 28th. He'll be allowed to leave jail for work-related obligations.
Just two months ago, a jury found him guilty of felony DWI. Corley already had two prior convictions for driving drunk; one in Dallas and the other in Collin County.
He could have faced up to ten years in prison.
