Former OK State Rep. Hurt in Explosion

08-21-06 - A former Oklahoma State Representative was injured when his cabin exploded in rural Pushmataha county.

It happened Sunday, just north of Nashoba. Three people were hurt and were taken to the hospital in Antlers; they were then flown to Tulsa.

According to the Sheriffs Officer, former State Representative Randall Erwin was among the injured. He served in the Oklahoma House from 1992 to 2004.

Officials at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa say that a Randall Erwin is in their hospital in fair condition. Right now, there is no confirmation on the cause of the explosion.
