SHERMAN, Tex. ― A Howe man was arrested Thursday for assaulting a woman outside a Grayson County court room.

John Castaldo was arrested Thursday afternoon after he kicked a trash can and grabbed a woman by her throat in a hallway just outside the courtroom.

Castaldo was waiting in divorce court when the incident happened.

Castaldo is out on bond.
