DUNCAN, OK -- A third teenager has been charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of ECU baseball player Christopher Lane.

Prosecutors filed the upgraded charge today against 17-year-old Michael Dewayne Jones.

Jones, along with Chancey Luna and James Edwards, Jr. are all charged in the August murder of the 22 year old Australia native.

Police have said Jones told authorities the boys were "bored" when they targeted Lane in Duncan, Oklahoma while he was jogging.

Autopsy results showed Lane died from a gunshot would to the back.
