FANNIN COUNTY, TX — A Honey Grove man has been charged with three counts of indecency with a child.

The Fannin County Sheriff's Office says Brent Lloyd Cunningham, 48, is charged with sexual contact with a child on three different occasions over the past six years.

Cunningham is out of jail on bond. District Attorney Richard Glaser says Judge Laurie Blake will hear the case.

Glaser says Blake will most likely place Cunningham under bond restrictions, including no contact with the victims or contact with any children under 18 years old.
