Rooftop burglars hit a Sherman business this weekend, but got away empty handed.
It happened at the USDA Farm Services Agency on Lamar Avenue. The building's owner saw someone on the roof around 8 Sunday night. And it appeared the suspect broke thought a skylight.
Authorities say another person may have been inside at the time. Police didn't find anyone when they arrived but they got there soon enough to stop the theft.
Back in September, thieves broke into the Best Buy store by cutting a hole into the roof. No word today if the two cases are related.
