A+ Athlete: Levi Hermes

When it comes to academics, Levi Hermes is your average student. But the fact that he's active in basketball and football and holds a part-time job, makes him unique.

Levi says, “You just have to manage your time well. After practice make sure you have all your stuff done before you go out with friends at night. You just have to have your priorities right."

Voted District MVP and a regional finalist for the Lindsay Knights basketball team and All District Tight End and Line Backer First Team for the school's football team. Levi is also active in his church as well as student organizations at school. That's why his coaches say he can do it all.

Cody Bounds, Lindsay Football Coach says, “He's a well rounded kid. He has a wonderful support group from his mom and dad and wonderful teachers of the church. So he goes a good job. Everything he does is good, he has no troubles at all."

Levi plans to attend Texas A&M University where he will study civil engineering.
