Ardmore--According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a drowning victim had been complaining of low blood sugar all day.

Ardmore--According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a drowning victim had been complaining of low blood sugar all day.
O.H.P says 37-year old Shawn Randall Thogmartin, of Ardmore, walked out into the water with his children approximately 15 feet from shore in 4 to 6 feet of water. OHP says for an unknown reason Thogmartin went under water. OHP says Thogmartin was under water for an undetermined amount of time when other swimmers found him and brought him to shore.
C.P.R. was administered, and E.M.S. was called.
Thogmartin was transported by love county E.M.S. to Mercy
Memorial Hospital in Ardmore.
O.H.P. Says Thogmartin was pronounced dead at 6:22 p.m.
