12-11-03 - A DPS trooper was not injured despite a full speed collision along U.S. 75 Wednesday night in Denison.
It happened just before 9 p.m. when Trooper Kevin Galyon's patrol car was rear ended by a speeding Nissan Exterra near Spur 503. Galyon's car was knocked into the guardrail as the Exterra flipped end over end. Galyon was taken to TMC where he was treated and released.
As for the driver of the Exterra, she walked away from the wreck. Troopers believe excessive speed caused the accident and the driver may face charges.
