Drinking in the New Year - How Much Is Too Much?

12-31-03 - Thousands will be ringing in the new year with alcohol, but the legal definition of drunk and your definition may be two different things. 0.08 is the legal limit for both Texas and Oklahoma, but how do you know when you have reached that point. Authorities say you can go to http://info.insure.com/auto/baccalc.html on the internet to find out how many drinks will make you too drunk to drive. Authorities will be out in full force tonight. If you are convicted of drunk driving you could lose your license, pay a fine, or even spend time in jail. Authorities say that if you are pulled over tonight and fail a sobriety test you will be arrested and taken into custody.
