1-06-04- An Ardmore mother waived her right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday morning. She faces nine counts of child neglect after the deaths of her three toddlers in August.
Sarah Ganis lost her three small children in a house fire last summer. Authorities say Ganis left her home that night to go across the street to a neighbor's, leaving all three children alone. This morning Ganis waived her right to a preliminary hearing.
Her arraignment has now been set for January 14th. Ganis is currently being held in the Carter County Jail.
