1-16-04 - A Hugo nursing home is under investigation by the state tonight. An elderly patient claims he was sexually assaulted at the Hugo Health and Rehabilitation Center. The accusations surfaced earlier this week. The family of the man says they took him to a local hospital for a rape test. The results of that test are now part of the investigation being handled by the Hugo Police Department and the Oklahoma Adult Protective Services. This isn't the first accusation launched against the facility though, with other possible incidents being looked into as well. Officials with the nursing home had no comment.
