Cold Case Justice Long Overdue

1/17/04-- The former Celina police officer who discovered the body of 8 -year-old Angela Comacho in a creek bed in Celina, Texas in May of 1985 says justice for the little girl is long overdue.
Ronnie O'Neal, now a minister, says he was not surprised by Friday's announcement from the Collin County District Attorney.
Angela's uncle, Jose Sosa, now 38-years-old, was indicted for murder by a Collin County grand jury.
O'Neal says he's believed all along that Sosa committed the crime, but because of the pending trial, he will not release specifics.
He claims there was enough evidence to convict Sosa long ago, but again, declined to give details.
Now, he wants Mexican authorities to turn Sosa over to the U.S. for prosecution.
But Sosa is a Mexican citizen and that could make it difficult for him to be extradited.
If convicted of the crime, Sosa could face life in prison.
