02-29-04-- A Kingston woman charged with murder in October 2002 was released on bond this week. 36-year-old Renee Dyan Perry has been in the Marshal County jail since her arrest more than a year ago. On Wednesday, a judge released her on $25, 000 bond and ordered her under house arrest. Perry is charged in the murder of 55-year-old Samuel Leroy Bailey in October 2002. An autopsy showed he died of blunt force trauma to the head. Investigators say Perry and Bailey had an altercation that turned violent and Kingston Police say Perry confessed to the killing. A trial is scheduled for late April. Perry must check in by phone with the Kingston Police chief once a day, as one condition of her release.
