03-07-07 A local hot spot for children's birthday parties, with skee ball and pizza, may soon add alcohol to their menu. Officials with Chuck E. Cheese say the restaurant in Sherman applied for a liquor license in January.
The say it's a convenience for their adult guests, and they don't have any visible advertisements for alcohol. They would also only sell by the glass.
Some local parents say the only 'cold ones' they want served at the restaurant are soft drinks.
Chuck E. Cheese officials say it takes about three months to a license to be approved.
