KXII, Fox Texoma to launch in HD on DirecTV in November
SHERMAN, TX -- Both KXII-TV Channel 12 and Fox Texoma will be available in high definition on DirectTV starting November 9, according to the satellite provider’s website.

SHERMAN, TX -- Both KXII-TV Channel 12 and Fox Texoma will be available in high definition on DirectTV starting November 9, according to the satellite provider’s website.
DirecTV subscribers will be able to watch network programming and their local news. KXII general manager Rick Dean says the biggest winner in the deal are Texoma’s TV viewers.
"If the customer has a preference between one satellite provider over the next, they don't have to decide based upon whether that satellite carrier has the local channels or not. They both will, effective November of this year, and that’s a big advantage I think for the customers,” Dean said.
DirecTV plans to launch those channels on Monday, November 9.
