School bonds fail in Ardmore, pass in Dickson
Voters in Ardmore shot down both school bond proposals that would've allowed for improvements in the district. Dickson administrators report an overwhelming majority of voters approved the bond on Tuesday's ballot.

School Bond Results are in for the Ardmore City Schools bond measures and the Dickson school bond issue.
The following numbers were provided by the Carter County Election Board in an unofficial certificate of votes.
Ardmore City Schools bond prop. 1- Failed.
54.63% voting against
45.37% voting for
Ardmore City Schools bond prop. 2 - Failed.
52.29% voting against
47.71% voting for
Dickson School bond - Passed.
76.04% voting for
23.96% voting against.
