KINGSTON, OK – A Kingston High School student is dead and another is injured after an accident in Marshall County at the intersection of Muncrief and Highway 70-B early Tuesday morning.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers say two Kingston teens driving a Mitsubishi pickup north on Muncrief were broadsided by another pickup truck headed east on 70-B. OHP says the teens failed to yield at a stop sign.

The driver of the pickup, 16-year-old Christofer Aaron Yeager, was killed in the crash. His passenger, 16-year-old Cole Michael Weatherbee, was taken to Integris Marshall County Medical Center in good condition.

The Texas man driving the truck was not injured.
