POTTSBORO, TX -- On Tuesday we told you about a profanity-laced advertisement that appeared in last week's edition of the Pottsboro Press, a weekly community newspaper that bills itself as 'the conservative voice of Grayson."

That ad, which contained the "F" and "S" words, had many parents we spoke to furious.

Today publisher Frank Alvarez confirms that an apology for the raunchy ad's appearance was printed in this week's edition.

Alvarez declined an on-camera interview, but did say by telephone he's made his readers fully aware that the ad's appearance was a mistake, and that he takes full responsibility for it running.
