Report released on Love County plane crash

By  |

The National Transportation Safety Board has released a preliminary report following last weekend's plane crash in Love County.

In the report, a passenger describes what happened as the plane went down.

He says everything appeared to be normal, but when the plane touched down he noticed the right wing was lower than it should be and grass being kicked up from the right propeller.

That's when the right wing came back up and it looked as if something grabbed the airplane and sent it spinning clockwise. The plane went over an embankment and came to a rest in the upright position.

NTSB officials say it may be months before we know the exact cause of the crash.
