Still plenty to do at Lake Texoma Lodge

KINGSTON - Camping, golfing, and fishing are many of the activities Lake Texoma Lodge and Resort still offer, even though the lodge and cabins are no longer available.

Marshall County officials say they've received several phone calls about the availability of park activities and facilities.

But it turns out there's plenty to do at the resort.

"We want to get the word out that everything is the same; the exception is we just don’t have the lodge or the cabins, but everything else is the same… everything else is open." Jeff Hudson, Chamber of Commerce Executive Director.

Plans are still underway for new overnight accommodations in the form of a large-scale resort.
