SHERMAN-A third person is behind bars after a shooting last week in Sherman. Sherman police say Jose Monroy-Gonzales was arrested Wednesday and charged with attempted capital murder, a felony offense.
Officers say Monroy-Gonzales supplied the AK-47 rifle used to shoot at three people outside a house in the 12-hundred block of S. Walnut Street.
He was taken to the Grayson County Jail Wednesday night.
Two other people were also charged in the shooting.
Luckily no one was injured.
