Sheriff's officials say water faucet knobs are to blame for the Fannin County Jail's failed inspection.
The Fannin County Jail is one of thirteen jails across Texas that failed its inspection.
Sheriff Kenneth Moore says the knobs could be used to injure inmates, but changing to push-button faucets has solved that problem.
That cost about $6,500.
Sheriff Moore says the jail is overcrowded and needs other improvements.
