7 injured in McCurtain County accident

MCCURTAIN COUNTY, OK -- Seven people are injured after an accident in McCurtain County and Troopers say Texting and driving may be to blame.

The crash happened around 9:30 Friday night on Highway 259 5 miles south of Idabel. Troopers say 20-year-old Bruiana Willis was texting when she ran off the roadway, rolling the vehicle twice. She was flown to a near by hospital. The six other passengers, who range from ages nine to 21, are listed in stable condition.

Authorities say Willis was not wearing a seat belt.
