Grand jury reconvenes in Garvin Co. surrounding man’s death
GARVIN COUNTY, OK -- After more than a month of recess a Garvin County Grand Jury reconvened Tuesday morning to continue the investigation into the death of a Wynnewood man.

GARVIN COUNTY, OK -- After more than a month of recess a Garvin County Grand Jury reconvened Tuesday morning to continue the investigation into the death of a Wynnewood man.
The Grand Jury was first seated back in late September, impaneled after a petition with more than 2,000 signatures was turned in and reopening the case of Tom Horton.
The State Medical Examiner's office ruled Horton's death a suicide, but friends and family members believe the retired Ag teacher was murdered.
The District Attorney's office tell us it can only confirm that the Grand Jury reconvened Tuesday and cannot say how long it's expected remain in session.
