Noland Running For Sheriff

4-29-04 - A former Carter County Sheriff is gunning for his old job. Bill Noland announced his candidacy this week, running as a Democrat. Noland served as sheriff from 1990 to 1996. Prior to that, he spent 11 years as undersheriff.

In all, he has more than 20 years of experience in law enforcement. The primary for Oklahoma is July 27th.
