SOUTHMAYD, Tex. -- Southmayd Elementary principal Terry Martin is back at work after being put on administrative leave.
Last week Child Protective Services received a complaint regarding an alleged incident at the school.
Following standard protocol, school officials say Martin was placed on leave while CPS investigated the incident.
This week school officials were notified by CPS that the case had been closed, citing a lack of information to proceed further with the case.
Therefore, Martin was allowed to go back to work.
Southmayd police say no charges were filed against Martin.
