Father of murdered girl found dead
CARTWRIGHT, OK -- The father of a murdered 11-year-old girl was found dead in his Cartwright home early Wednesday morning.

CARTWRIGHT, OK -- The father of a murdered 11-year-old girl was found dead in his Cartwright home early Wednesday morning.
The Bryan County Sheriff's Office reports that Bill Hughes, father of Dakota Hughes, died of what appears to be natural causes or a possible drug overdose.
They responded to a call from a family member around 4:00 a.m. Wednesday.
Bill Hughes' sister and his 17-year-old daughter were present.
His body has been taken to the Medical Examiner's office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Police say it does not appear to be a homicide.
This comes barely a month after his daughter was found murdered in his sister's home next door.
