Local Teen Charged with Rape
5-3-04 - A Bryan County teenager has been charged with raping a 13 year old girl last March. The District Attorney’s office filed the charge against 18 year old Gary Hurst Monday.
The female student claims the assault happened after midnight inside a bathroom at the football stadium. The girl says she was invited out by Hurst, but never consented to sex.
Hurst was a former football player in Caddo, but dropped out this semester.
