(Austin-AP) -- More than 700,000 people in Texas are licensed to operate a motorcycle. But are they all safe riders?
The Department of Public Safety says May is Motorcycle Safety
and Awareness Month in Texas. DPS is urging all motorcycle enthusiasts to attend a professionally taught course to improve their skills.
The DPS Motorcycle Safety Unit offers basic and advanced
motorcycle operator training in 60 permanent locations and seven
mobile sites.
