DAVIS, Okla. -- By the end of Monday, the city of Davis will have a new mayor.
At the city council meeting tonight, council members will elect a new mayor and vice mayor.
They will also appoint a council member to fill the seat vacated by former mayor Michael Summers.
Summers resigned last month shortly before entering a blind plea to obtaining money by false pretenses charges while employed at an office supply store.
That council meeting starts at 7 o'clock Monday on the second floor of City Hall.
