Fire Destroys Home

05-07-04 - An early morning fire burned a Marshall County home to the ground. When firefighters arrived around 3:30 this morning off highway 377 it was fully engulfed.
Volunteer firefighters with the Willis Powell fire department battled the blaze for more than three hours. No one was home at the time. No word yet on what started the fire, but it did more than $50,000 dollars in damage.

Children ages birth-11 can Dig into Reading and join the Youth Summer Reading Club. The theme for the Teen Summer Reading Club this year is Beneath the Surface and it is open to teens ages 12-18.
