ARDMORE, OK - A man wanted for attacking three women with a hatchet in Warr Acres, Oklahoma, is in the Carter County jail.
Justin Thomas Loy is wanted by Warr Acres police after attacking the women sometime last week. The Ardmore Police Department says they were contacted by Warr Acres investigators who had reason to believe Loy was hiding in Ardmore.
