Durant man, 48, accused of raping teen girl
DURANT, OK - A 48-year-old man is accused of raping a thirteen year old girl over the weekend in Durant.

DURANT, OK - A 48-year-old man is accused of raping a thirteen year old girl over the weekend in Durant.
Durant police say it began late Friday night when a group of people including Carlos Paniagua, Sr. were all drinking at a residence. The group left to go purchase more beer, leaving Paniagua alone with a 13 year old girl.
When they came back, the two were in a locked room with the lights off. The group thought something suspicious was going on, and kicked in the door to find him pulling up his pants. A short time later he fled the scene.
He was arrested near Bokchito on Saturday and booked into the Bryan County Jail charged with first degree rape.
