6-19-04- Habitat for Humanity volunteers were hard at work this morning as they dedicated their 11th home in Grayson County. The house was donated to a Denison family who say the experience has been like a dream come true.

Members of the community, as well as volunteers from eight local churches worked together to build the home, now dedicated to the Alexander family.

Habitat started working on the home last September. All Habitat homes are built on donated lots and most of the other materials also come from donations.

Businesses in Sherman and Denison ndonated stoves, refrigerators, and several other home appliances.
