CARTER COUNTY, OK - The mother of two children who died in a house fire last January in Ringling has pleaded guilty to felony child endangerment.
Nichola Michelle Frasier, who'd already pleaded guilty to endeavoring to manufacture meth back in September, was sentenced to 4 years in state prison to be served concurrently with the 10 years she received for making meth.
Prosecutors allege that while Frasier was out trying to get materials to make meth, she left her children and her cousin at her house, which caught fire in January of 2009.
All three people inside died, and drug agents reported finding drug paraphernalia underneath a trap door. Prosecutors have said they may never know if a meth lab contributed to the fire, which was eventually ruled accidental.
Because Frasier will serve the 4 years concurrently, she will still serve a total of 10 years in prison.
