Durant, OK -- Authorities say they're searching for a person they believe took part in a stabbing Saturday night, that injured two people.

Durant Police say the stabbing happen in on East Arkansas street just before 6pm Saturday.

Officers say a vehicle pulled up outside the home at 118 E. Arkansas, but the home owners wanted the people to leave. Authorities say that led to an argument involving up to eight people, and ended with two people being stabbed with a pocket knife.

Police tell us the victims did not want to be taken to the hospital, and nobody involved is looking to press charges.

But investigators are still looking for one man who fled the scene. Police are calling Earl Steven Gaither a person of interest.

They say they aren't looking to arrest Gaither, but simply want to question him. Gaither is described as 5'9" with shoulder length brown hair, weighing about 165 lbs.
